1. General Policy
Due to the intangible nature of digital products (which can be downloaded instantly and cannot be "returned"), Digi Develops generally does not offer refunds once the download link has been sent to you.
All sales are considered final. Please read the product description carefully before making a purchase.
2. Exceptions (When we WILL refund)
We want to be fair. We will issue a full refund or replacement in the following specific cases:
- Defective File: If the file you received is corrupted, blank, or does not work as described, and our support team cannot fix it for you.
- Wrong Product Sent: If we accidentally sent you the wrong link or file.
- Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally paid twice for the same order.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:
- "Change of mind" after the file has been delivered.
- Inability to use the file due to lack of technical skills (e.g., not knowing how to use Canva or Excel), though we will try our best to guide you.
- Purchasing the wrong product by mistake if the file has already been accessed.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us on WhatsApp with:

- A description of the issue.
- We will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
